We accept eligible returns for both non-defective and defective merchandise, and we accept exchange requests.
Eligibility and 30-day request window
Ask within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective item, including one returned after a change of mind or an option mistake, must be new, unused, and in its original condition. Damage, defects, wrong items, missing parts, or a material difference from the description can also be reported.
Approval and return mailing
Email dajetenetu135@gmail.com before sending anything. Include the order number, checkout email, reason, and photos or video for a product problem. After review and approval, we confirm the correct return address and mailing instructions. A free prepaid return label is included in the package; if it is missing or lost, contact us for help. No restocking fee is charged.
Exchanges and refunds
Exchanges depend on review and available inventory. After a refund is approved, we process or initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Applicable legal rights remain available.
