Delivery expectations are easier to plan when processing and carrier time are kept separate.
Before an order ships
After payment is successfully authorized, our team normally prepares an order within 1–2 business days. Address accuracy and any shipping price or destination availability are confirmed at checkout.
Carrier transit
Once dispatched, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. Weather, carrier congestion, address corrections, and other events outside our control can change the arrival date.
Tracking and delivery help
When tracking is available, use it for current carrier updates. For a delayed, damaged, missing, or incorrectly marked delivery, email dajetenetu135@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, tracking details, and useful photographs.
